- Coach high-energy group and personal training sessions for athletes and adults.
- Customize workouts based on athlete goals, fitness levels, and movement ability.
- Deliver exceptional service, accountability, and education on strength, speed, and nutrition.

NCCA-accredited certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, ACSM, etc.).

CPR/AED/First Aid certification (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of strength & conditioning, group, or personal training experience.
- Energetic, confident, and adaptable personality — great with adults and kids.
- A true team player who raises the standard every session.
